Jo Mapp

Sales Director

I have worked in the flexible office industry for 12 years, and started working for Citibase in 2011. I have developed a rounded experience of most aspects of the business, including operating and running a business centre, multi-site management, P&L management and revenue development across most areas of the country, whilst most recently working with our Clients to ensure we are fulfilling their requirements for their portfolios. As Sales Director for Citibase, I am passionate about striving for excellence, working smart and ensuring our customers feel supported to develop their businesses within our office environment.

Rebecca Broomhall

Broker Channel Manager

I joined the Citibase Team back in 2015 as Centre Administrator in our Flagship centre in Birmingham. I worked in Operations for over 4 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge on the operational running of our Flexible Office building. Following on from this, I wanted a new challenge within the Sales team and became Citibase’s Broker Channel Manager. My main responsibility is nurturing the relationships with our new and existing Broker and Agent partners – of which we have over 150! No two days are the same and my day-to-day ranges from regular reporting to arranging exciting events to showcase our Centres and what we have to offer.

Emily Bock

Regional Sales Manager

I joined Citibase in July 2017 in the role of Regional Sales Consultant. I had a very successful first year and was quickly promoted to Regional Sales Manager; taking responsibility for higher profile and revenue Centres. Prior to this, my career started in 2008 as an Estate Agent for a small, local independent agent. I assisted with the expansion of the company and progressed to managing three, profitable branches in the West Midlands. Wanting a new challenge in 2016, I went to the bright lights of Birmingham and sold investment properties for a large property developer to the UK and overseas investors.

Regional Sales Manager

I joined Citibase’s Sales Reservations Team 5 years ago, and quickly moved up in becoming part of the Regional Sales process. Having previous experience within Customer Service, I have built a great reputation in listening to the needs of the customers and helping them to procure their tailored requirements for serviced office space.

Chris Hanna

Regional Sales Manager

I joined Citibase in December 2013 as a Sales Consultant working within the Reservation Team. After a successful period on this team I was promoted 11 months later to a position on the Regional Sales Team as a Regional Sales Consultant. Two years down the line after earning my stripes, I was subsequently promoted to become a Regional Sales Manager, a position I have held ever since. I am now the longest serving member of the sales team.

Declan Hughes

Business Development Executive

My Citibase journey started in May 2016 when I joined the Reservations Team. My main responsibilities were handling enquiries and booking viewings at the very start of the Sales process. Over the next 4 years, I gained knowledge of the flexible workspace industry, consistently hitting new business revenue targets whilst ensuring that Citibase’s core values are upheld. This has led to several progression opportunities through the Sales team, first to the role of Regional Sales Manager and most recently as a Business Development Executive.

Reece Giovanni

Regional Sales Manager

Since joining Citibase in July 2015, I have built up excellent knowledge of the flexible office industry. I joined Citibase as a Reservation Team Consultant and through hard work and dedication, I earned a promotion to the position I now hold as a Regional Sales Manager. My job consists of building a variety of strong customer relationships through new and existing customers to help achieve and exceed revenue targets throughout the portfolio. I also make sure I listen to every requirement of the customer allowing myself to fully understand, and meet their needs for office space. To date, my biggest deal was a £18,500 per month deal and bringing in almost £250,000 in revenue!

Jordan Grizzle

Regional Sales Consultant

I joined Citibase in February 2018 on the reservation team where I built up both skills and experience. During my time on the reservations team I averaged a 39% conversion rate. This led to my promotion to my current role as Regional Sales Consultant where I have achieved the most completed deals in a month; reaching a total of 20 deals.
