Citibase Warrington Birchwood, hosting an open day on 26th April for small businesses looking to grow

Having recently just opened its doors, a new fully serviced business centre in the heart of Birchwood is holding an open day on Wednesday 26^th April to unveil its brand-new space.

Located in one of the best business addresses in the ‘gateway to the North West’ in the iconic Genesis Centre in Birchwood, Citibase Warrington Birchwood will throw open its doors between 9am – 5pm with an official ribbon cutting ceremony at noon with special guests the Mayor and Mayoress of Warrington, Councillor Faisal Rashid and Mrs Aleeza Rashid. Attendees will enjoy teas, coffees and cakes whilst taking a tour to explore the fully serviced offices to be found in the impressive building. All visitors on the day will also have the chance to win an iPad in a free prize draw.

The centre will have the potential to offer up to 30,000 sq ft of office space with the capacity to host up to 500 workers. Fully refurbished space is available to move in straight away on flexible contract terms in a range of sizes, all fully furnished, from as little as one person upwards. Services include Citibase’s unique Concierge reception and administrative services, superfast internet and telecoms packages, meeting rooms, personalised call answering, 24/7 access, parking* for cars and bike and even an on-site café.
