Citibase raise record amount for Macmillan Cancer Support

We never need an excuse for a cup of coffee and a slice of red velvet cake, or any cake for that matter. But when an opportunity presents itself to do what we love AND raise money for a good cause, we’re all in.

This year, on Friday 27th September, all centres in the Citibase network took part in The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning – an initiative by Macmillan Cancer Support, which uses the money raised to support people living with cancer.

Inviting our customers to join us for a cuppa and a slice of cake helped us raise a staggering £3250 for Macmillan Cancer Support. A personal best for Citibase!

Many customers supported the initiative by showing off their own baking skills – a great first introduction to other SMEs in the centre. Nothing says ‘hello neighbour’ like home baked goods!
